Checkout Defaults


Checkout Defaults help you order by using your saved preferences to save time during check out. Complete a one-time setup of your preferred settings for payment method, shipping address, and delivery. Your preferences will be applied to your future carts for a faster checkout experience.

 


How To Access

  • Must be signed in to Grainger.com to access
  • Checkout Defaults can be accessed from the My Account dropdown at the top of Grainger.com
  • Settings are for individual users and not for all users on the account

Manage your Defaults

Checkout defaults are set up at the user level and ensure that you'll have fewer clicks and a faster checkout.
Defaults can be applied for payment method, shipping address and delivery method and can be changed anytime.

  • Choose your preferred payment method like a saved credit card or open account billing.
  • Fulfillment options include shipping or pick up at a local Grainger branch.
  • Shipping Orders
    • Choose a default Shipping Address from the address saved to your account
    • Identify preferred shipping method or carrier Grainger will do our best to honor your designation
  • Pickup Settings
    • Add a default Pickup location if you prefer to place orders for Pickup at your local Grainger branch instead of shipping
  • Remember to click Update after any changes to save

Checkout defaults may be locked by an Admin user at the account level.
