Red Pass Plus: Trial Terms & Conditions

Customer will be billed the annual Red Pass Plus program fee of $129 unless customer provides Grainger notice of cancelation within the 60-day trial period by contacting Grainger customer service at 1-800-GRAINGER, or by using the My Account setting on Customer’s Red Pass Plus Membership Account Administration page. Trial program benefits will stop at the time of cancellation.

The Customer's initial program term is the 12-month period starting on the day of Customer's enrollment. Your Red Pass Plus membership automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period, and the applicable annual fee will be charged on the Customer’s enrollment anniversary date, unless the Customer cancels before the renewal date.

Unless otherwise stated, standard parcel ground freight is paid by Grainger on all Catalog Product orders shipped to Customer’s place of business within the contiguous United States. All other freight charges imposed by the freight carrier related to the shipment shall be paid by Customer, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Grainger. Customer shall be responsible for all freight charges for Sourced Products (Sourced Products are products and services outside of our core assortment on Grainger.com that do not have a Grainger SKU assigned to them, and can include vendors that Grainger does not have an established relationship with). Receipts for freight charges will not be furnished.

Customer can cancel Red Pass Plus at any time prior to the annual auto-renewal. If cancelation occurs within the 30-day period after auto-renewal, Customer can receive a refund of the Red Pass Plus fee by contacting Grainger customer service at 1-800-GRAINGER. Customer will be charged the shipping fees for any items ordered during this 30-day period. To cancel, contact Grainger customer service at 1-800-GRAINGER, or use the My Account setting in your Red Pass Plus Membership Account online at Grainger.com.

If Customer cancels more than 30 days after renewal, Customer will continue to only receive free standard parcel ground shipping for the remainder of Customer’s current program year. Customer will be responsible for all other freight charges imposed by the carrier and all freight charges for Sourced Products as set forth in the foregoing paragraph.

Red Pass Plus is available to invited, eligible businesses and is not transferable. Acceptance by Customer of these terms and Grainger’s Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and website Terms of Access is required. Customer agrees that the person enrolling Customer into Red Pass Plus is authorized to accept these terms. Government and education entities are not eligible for Red Pass Plus. Resale at retail or online of products purchased under Red Pass Plus is prohibited and may result in cancelation. Red Pass Plus replaces and supersedes any existing pricing or product purchasing agreement between Customer and Grainger, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts and pricing programs, except for market basket pricing as may be agreed upon between Customer and Grainger. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts, if any, do not apply to tax, freight, special orders, custom or Sourced Products, Grainger Extended Protection Plan coverage, or EH&S Digital Services.

Grainger reserves the right to not accept new participants in Red Pass Plus, to change the terms, to terminate this program, or a participant's membership in the program at its sole discretion at any time. Trial offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington D.C. Any invitation to join is only valid for the intended recipient and is not transferable. Some Customers may qualify for additional benefits.
